For sale is this wooden chalet with 2 bedrooms at a peaceful and quiet Location in Stadl an der Mur. At this location you will be able to relax completely. Stadl is a small Austrian village with some restaurants and a supermarket. The property is slightly up the mountain which provides wonderful views into the valley and onto the mountains. There is a swimming lake in town and you can go rafting or rent an e-bike. The closest ski area is the Kreischberg, at approx 10min drive. The ski area Turracher Höhe is to be reached within 20min. Larger villages are Tamsweg and Murau, both 15min drive away.

This holiday home was built in 2011 and is in a very good condition. The traditional Austrian look and feel makes you feel on holiday straight away. From the conservatory you look into the fantastic natural environment and mountains. The inside is made completely of wood which emphasizes the alpine feeling. The floorings in the living areas are also made of wood. The ground floor is heated by a cosy gas fireplace, the first floor is provided with electric heating. 

There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a spacious sauna where you will be able to relax after a nice day in the mountains. The chalet is for sale including the furniture. It has a large sunny terrace. There are 2 parking lots and there is a storage area outside the property. At the moment the house is being rented out in summer very succesfully. However, this is not obliged for the chalet. You are also permitted to just use the house for your own vacations, as a holiday residence.
