For heating, the chalet is connected to the local townheating (Nahwärme) and the roof is equipped with solar panels for a part of the electricity supply. The chalet consists of 2 holiday homes, both with 2 bedrooms. This gives the opportunity to rent out both holiday homes to tourists, or rent out one and enjoy the other yourself. If you prefer one big chalet: demolishing the inner wall between the holiday homes is one of the possibilities. The chalet is fully equipped with furniture included. There are 2 parking lots, on which a carport can be built.
